    4x4 1994 Ford E-350 Short Bus - SOLD!!

Nice bus. I have a 1988 International Uhaul with the 7.3 IDI engine. It had a hot start problem, finally it wouldn't start at all and it was the lift pump. It was a lot easier and cheaper than an injection pump.

    Retro Wrangler inspired JKU build

Go blue with white, would look cool, bonus points for making it look like a Jeep package from the 70s. Also tall skinny tires are the only way to go for the look you want. Looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

1949 International/Jeep Wrangler Rock Crawling & Overland Build

I have a hydraulic flaring tool like that. Once you use one you can't go back to the old school tools to do flares.

SOLD A-liner truck camper thanks Deanna

Location? Which size is it? And how much? I'd be interested depending on those three questions.

Off the shelf subframes and camper body kits!

I thought all F550s were cab and chassis, any pickup bed ones you see were done after the factory. If the subframe fits them it shouldn't be too hard to make it fit a Dodge 5500 or the new Chevy/International CVs as they are all commercial cab and chassis trucks that are all the same frame...

Ram 5500 Fire Crew Carrier Overlanding Camper Build

Stop with the pictures, you're killing all of us who are stuck working. Just kidding, keep them coming and thanks.

    Ford Cargo build

Or cheap! Locker in the rear is probably what I'd do too with some PSP on the side for traction boards.

    Diesel Phasing Out?

Register it as a RV and you should be good for decades. The baby boomers and RV industry have big pockets to lobby against anti diesel laws.

    Ford Cargo build

Allison and manual usually don't go together. Tulsa Truck is one place, they do alot of 4x4 conversions for the OE big name truck manufacturers. Be sitting down when they give you a price, they might not do your truck too since it is old and they might not have the engineering done for a...

Running Away with only 40hp: Failing to Find Myself Out West in an Old VW

Kind of makes me wonder how you could make 6 kids in a one room house. Guess the kids got to spend a lot of time outside.?

Running Away with only 40hp: Failing to Find Myself Out West in an Old VW

Love your trip reports. I've been through the Sandhills region of Nebraska a few times for work, it is definitely one of the most interesting places in the midwest. Nebraska is very interesting when you get off the interstate. Thanks for posting.

    Forest Service Crew Buggy Body

I happen to know exactly where this body came from too. You can see the "SRF" sticker residue on the back of the body. This stands for Six Rivers Forest. As I was strapping this down I happened to see Salyer on the side if I looked at it just right. That is Salyer CA which is about 20 miles...

    Forest Service Crew Buggy Body

Boy was I glad I pushed the body ahead on the trailer. It actually could have gone ahead another foot and would've been better. I didn't go over 60 on the way home as this is a heavy body that was a tad too far back on my trailer, I've hauled worse but I was wishing for more tongue weight. I...
