We always just use Jasmine rice. Whatever cookpot we have. 2 cups water, 1 cup rice. Bring water to a boil, add rice, put a lid on it and simmer 15 minutes. done deal.

Coolio! It's my understanding that the drop leg adds an additional amount (roughly 10-14 inches) of lift height to the jack (above the 10-15 inches you get from the crank), correct?

At 169,000 miles it is essentially a "newer" vehicle then the Tacoma. Drive it, enjoy it, keep up on the maintenance.
