i thought it was the washer jingling. but i have steel wheels with these huge lug nuts.
And i've been running these wheels like this for 50K miles now without issue.
I use a 1 1/16" or 1 1/8" socket and have done so for 3+ years on mine in an impact gun and have not had any issues with the dust caps.
what is the point of removing them?
