Windshield Wiper, what do you use? Wipers blades

I think I just have the regular silblades. I was not aware, at the time I got these, that there were different models...maybe they've only come out in the last year or two? Also, I used the silicon treatment that my wipers came with (they came with a single application) when I installed them...

Give you opinion on two burner stoves...

Actually, I think the burners that the Cook Partner uses are better than the ones on the $50-80 Century or Coleman stoves. As stated earlier, I have both of these. The Cook Partner is much hotter. I would agree with you that the $50-80 stoves are adequate for most peoples needs. On the...

My Back Porch: Custom Vehicle Awning

Certainly the nylon is lighter than canvas; however, the Eezi-Awn's are not that heavy. The framing is all lightweight aluminum and the design is very well done.

Give you opinion on two burner stoves...

I have way to many stoves I used to only use my MSR Whisperlite internationale and their Dragonfly. I still keep them for smaller meals and/or when kayaking or backpacking. The Coleman multi-fuel stove isn't bad either. I prefer the canister to be separate from the burner; however, this one...

    Beginner - D40 or XTI

Go to a reputable camera shop and try them both. They're probably both decent cameras. I prefer Nikon, but you'll also find several who prefer Canon.

    TDeSanto's Montero Mod Thread

Mark, I believe I got both the latches and lynch pins from Lowes. The latches are zinc coated steel. And the lynch pins I think are galvanized, at least they appear to have the same color coating/treatment as grade 8 fasteners usually have.

Are the AT trailers worth it?

I get out at least 30+ nights a year and have really enjoyed the upgrade to the trailer over my previous setup. Quicker to setup; quicker to break down. This makes staying in a different spot each day easier. This is the type of travel I like. I constantly want to see new sites; so, in this...

Are the AT trailers worth it?

Get the brakes. Seriously, don't cut costs here. For highway speeds, I would think that these things speak for themselves in terms of safety. Also, this option includes the break-away safety (not sure exactly what this is called). Essentially, if your trailer breaks away from your vehicle for...
