This design reminds me of the Military tool trailers.

I like it! Nice size and the quilted skin could be stripped and polished. Strip the interior and restore. I would keep it as is but lifted for more clearance.

Don't risk killing a minivan full of kids. Park it and borrow a car or ride the bus to work. While you wait for $$ tear it apart and find a pair of new springs.

Looks like you could get adapters for matching wheels. The original rims have a deep dish towards the hub.
