Few other thoughts, If you're looking to buy right now, RAMs can be had for steep discounts. Seen some for 15k below MSRP. Apparently the transmissions are garbage and have a lot of problems.

Hmm. I'm tempted to say go with an F250 Tremor just for the towing/hauling capability if and when you need it but you don't seem to need it. Given all things, a Super Duty Tremor and a PW are very comparable, even down to the MPG. The PW will have more articulation given the suspension, Sway...

Seems a little high to me. RAM won an unofficial award in 2024. The award was for being the slowest selling truck on the market in 2024. I'd put money on it saying you could get that, or very close to it, by going to RAM dealers in your area and negotiating.

No personal experience with then but I know a lot of guys on the F150 pages really like Kenda tires.

I upgraded my gears from 3.33 to 4.56 and it's hands down the best upgrade I have done to my truck. I ran stock gears with 35s for a maybe 2 months before I had enough of it. If you take it to a driveline or gear shop they should be able to provide you with a breakdown of different gear sizes...

Is it able to tow a little offroad trailer with a roof top tent or a light tear drop?

Another take away is that not everyone in the desert is willing to stop to see if you need help. I'd say 20 different trucks passed by, waved and kept going. If someone had their hood up and had 2 dudes leaning into the engine bay I would 100% stop to see if they needed help.
