Real waterproof is a tall demand. I thought of suggesting large tripod cases, but most i've seen/used aren't waterproof. Many claim water resistant. tripod bags at B&H

I take your point. But that tall-sided box looks like a tripping hazard, especially when wet.

I applaud your notion to not dump soap-contaminated water onto the ground in a nice, natural place, but if you are planning to stand in that polypropylene tray, don't expect it to last past one, or maybe a few uses. I'd look for a heavier-duty polyethylene tray, like a cement mixing tray.

I wouldn't get any dashcam that has GPS unless the function that records your speed and attaches that metadata to the recording can be shut off.

My current set of Toyota OEM belts and hoses has been in the same Ziploc freezer bag for just over 5 years, no sticking, clinging, or deposits. They've been moved around to different storage spots several times. I live in what is supposed to be a fairly dry climate, So. Cal.
