As if new Jeeps aren’t expensive enough….new legal ruling likely will increase standard MSRPs, will apply to other makes too

Does your Tesla get 300 miles per complete charge with four occupants and the A/C on? I'm curious how Tesla determines their range? That chicken ******** lawsuit once again absolves the driver of personal responsibility. That's a disturbing trend in this country. I hope Jeep cleans out the people...

    2021 Titan XD Pro-4X

Great looking combo. The interior comfort makes me envious. Great fuel economy. I could use one in California now.

    Grilling fail

I always wrap potatoes in HD aluminum foil and put them next to the fire but not submerged in the coals. Two for dinner and two sliced for breakfast. I've never had any exploded to date. My Smokey Joe Jr. is unbeatable but I haven't put a huge Tomahawk in there. I use the coals to light the...

Almost New Callen Camper and shelving!

I visited the new factory and the owner. Extremely nice, dedicated guy but he just couldn't pull it off due to the man hours required to build one. Lighter is sure better off highway. BTW,even going under he honored all builds and returned deposits. Moral, class act a rarity these days. Consider...

Wrangler now Hybrid Only in Europe

Mini nukes nationwide that could electrify 3-4 states each. I don't see any other way to power our electrical grid needs for the future emissions- free.. France is building more. Germany shut theirs down only to buy fossil fueled electricity elsewhere. If the scientists can ever harness the...

Almost New Callen Camper and shelving!

Callen's racks are extremely heavy. I've had three Callens. When I dismounted the rack on one for painting the truck had much better handling. Aluminess or any competent welder with aluminum fabrication skills can build one. Not cheap by any means but it should feel much lighter...

    37s Load D or E?

I'd go with 18's actually. They have a way higher load rating along with the 18" x 9" wheels with the wider bead. Much more stable. Regardless of the wight rating a 50 psi tire doesn't inspire confidence for me with a slide in on the highway. I have 17 x 8.5 Methods and 285-75-17 Toyo AT3's. I...

    Easy clean up meals?

I met some guys in Baja who used a phone book for the obvious and whittled their own utensils out of redwood lath from discarded lobster traps. We laid a roll of tp to them for hemorrhoid prevention.

They're all over San Diego. Most look like like they were just detailed. We have to drive 80 miles to Anza Borrego to use them or go to Baja.
