Visually, it looks like it will fit. Gen 2 rear rotors are 314mm diameter vs. the Gen 3 @ 300mm, so you loose a little there, but the the greater thickness and venting would be an improvement.

a 4M41 will be WAY more than an old style 4D56. I think the only way to do this would be to buy and ship over a front cut. Not even sure that would be possible. Thailand is also a RHD drive country as well.

As Toasty mentioned, you will need the diesel transmission and controller. Prime time to do a 5 speed manual conversion. I have not costed the 4M41 over there. The old style 4D56 (not common rail) runs about $1500 plus transportation and finders fee.
