¿What tire size do you wish existed? But does not.

Any giant tire works better than a stock size when the snow is that deep. But conversely none of those people seem to have ever tried a snow tire in winter and seem to have no idea what works better in every situation other than virgin trailbreaking through deep snow. On a wet mountain road or...

¿What tire size do you wish existed? But does not.

I hope globally there is enough 16" wheels needing tires to make for an OK period of availability and a slow decline. But I will import out of North America or stockpile new tires before I go to 17' or 18" tires. Less sidewall is 100% stupid for off roading, particularly for 33" and down size tires.

¿What tire size do you wish existed? But does not.

Intercos rubber compound tech is strictly from the age of dinosaurs. On a cold wet road they are death and damage waiting to happen. I would not use those things except on a toy trailer rig or swamp buggy thing in warm weather.

¿What tire size do you wish existed? But does not.

I wish 33x10.50's were still around. I also wish premium snows were still available in 205/75R15. My 5lug 2WD Tacoma I can't get snow tires I really like because they are all small car diameter or huge truck diameter. Nothing is around 27.1" which is stock. Need 16 wheels to get what I want but...

    2002 Tacoma Build

4:56 is plenty for 32" tires which is what we both have. I can hold onto 5th everywhere but I 70 in the rockies sort of situation while still being able to cruise at 72 at around 3,200. Any more gear would kill the freeway cruising. For taller tires sure. Plus a manual makes a huge difference...

Some of us can do both lol. 2 days before I left for a 3 month assignment in Mexico I was doing this. I usually drive down to Mexico too but I didn't know if I was going to Brazil or Mexico until too late. Point taken though. I'm done. Pinky swear.

What fever dream non-reality do you live in where I said or implied any of this? I didn't. Stop mixing up people or take a breather man. My driving cars is one thing in a range of activity from removing and installing parts, collecting data, making video and audio recordings, conference...

I "refuse" to acknowledge something because me and you never specifically talked about unsprung mass. This is your problem you are lumping everyone together in every post you respond to. If unsprung mass was the be all end all metric we wouldn't have giant heavy wheels on cars and trucks that...

Yes because companies send a gringo all the way to Mexico and put me in a hotel for months to be a chauffer. There are not taxis or Uber here don't you know. ? Whatever objective credibility I have about what I stated to be my job and my experience it's clearly better than yours. Here's a YT...

A fun video since Pilat pretty much is calling me a liar. Enjoy! https://photos.app.goo.gl/nw2wg54Cap86GxvV6 Also you make all these aspersions about points I literally never made. You literally can't quote me on any of it because I literally never said it. You make these huge inferences...

Sorry too late. Already been, Opel, Ford, VAG, PSA. The invite was tongue in cheek but it turns out it did have a point. Proving how naive you are about the auto industry. Pretending Europe and the US has some sort of vast divide with no common engineering language and no common parts supply...

My retort was directly related to the words you typed, nothing more or less. Twist it however you like, it just makes you look bad. In the spirit of invitations come on over to Detroit. Come hang out and spend the day talking to OEM engineers and listening to best current practices and theory...

Nice Wikipedia argument, ? Completely just assumes I am running a solid axle vehicle because he can't fathom anyone running IFS that disagrees with him. Oh man thanks for the laugh. I mean the one Pic is my avatar. So hard to figure out lol.

Dude, It's painfully obvious you barely even understand some of the tenets you are talking about. I've spent some time around people tuning rally suspension and rebuilding shocks. A little around desert stuff. Current job has me rubbing elbows with OEM suspension engineers and vehicle...
