I picked CB only comparing to those cheap hand held FSR that have tiny antenna.
Get a Nice 2m/440 ham radio if you can. Way more power and antenna options. I modified mine so I can talk to FSR which is illigal but that way I can talk to people who dont have their license for ham.
The cheapest...
You can find good wire at most radio shops. in person you can tell quality by how flexible the wire is. Power travels on the outside of the wire so the more wires in the cable the more power can flow and it will show by how flexible it is. seems like the higher quality plugs are the marine ones...

I was blown away when I first read about hydrogen fuel cells. When we figure out how to make electrical energy cheaply on the large scale hydrogen fuel cells will take off. Very exciting to see they are begging to come available to the public and prices are dropping.
Thanks for the link!

I swear by the wilson boosters. I work for the park service so I run into bad service everywhere. I have a home booster and a mobile booster for my car. I dont have any first hand experience with the mobile wireless booster but im sure its as good as the rest. I have read the mobile wireless...
Heck yea man, very clean. ive got the same antenna and i love it. Nothing beats off road communication than a Ham radio simplex setup. I norm let my buddies borrow my handheld with a magnet antenna when we are in the back country and it works perfect.
I bought a cobra 75 cb radio a few years back and never installed it. I have now decided to just sell it and get back some money for it. Item is brand new never used but I lost the box over the years. unit even still has the sticker over the speaker. Ill take $60 shipped for it if anyone is...

they have a 55 watt for...
Honestly I would just buy two of these china radio's and just transmit on the FRS freq 462.5-467.7
