Just woke up - work graves.
The PCB in the previous post will handle up to 20A of current in it current setup. 12v X 20A = 240w. Since you want to be pushing 60A plus, 700w/12v = 58.3A, don't use traces but use copper planes and minimize the distance that the current must flow through. Two or...
You can shrik it down even more if you use surface mount components. Since you said that you don't make circuits I would not go that route. The image of the PCB is the actual size. You can shrink it down by using a thicker clad and running smaller traces.
It works VERY NICELY and also acts as an On/Off switch.
The "First Schematic" shows a Mosfet Driving a "Load" (or Possibly a Relay).
A Relay would be Required if your "Load is a Grounded device".
A Relay than Isolates the loads Ground.
If your Load is NOT Directly Grounded, Than the load can...
They are a good tire. I have ran then on a disco for years. The only issue I have with them is that in heavy clay mud they do not self clean that well and there is a weak spot between the tread and the side wall that if hit just right a 1/2" dia piece of wood will punchure this weak spot. I did...
Did you park next to a Land Rover. If so, the taco may of picked up a bad habbit of marking its territory. :xxrotflma
If you find out what the issue let us know. I am interested in the solution
good luck
I love RX-7s in that all you need is a dermel to modify the motor. Other than than, I am 6'5" and don't fit into any of her cars.
I wish that was the case. Even when we lived in Las Vegas she never drove. Why drive when all she has to say is would you like to go someplace. I love to drive and...
She is into sports cars. Right now she has a 91 RX7 and 92 Miata in the garage. Matter of fact, she drives so much that being orignal owners she has only put 32,000 miles on the miata and 22,567 miles on the RX7. Hell, the roof of the land rover you see in one of the photos had 320,642 miles...
I live in Nevada and have a beautiful place where we in this area still own the right of ways for the roads. When it rains the roads become fun, I mean lots of fun. The soil is a clay/silt loam and makes for really good clean mud fun. Here are a few pics I took when I was coming home from work...
Hello all, been out and about for a while but i am now back.
You can take a petrol d2 pretty deep in the water if you keep a bow wave in front of the rig. A good size bow wave will keep water out of your engine compartment, so don’t stop.
You can not go as deep as a Diesel but with proper...
Won't be in the owners manual, but can be found in the shop manual. Safest bet for you then is to take it to the stealership or if out of warranty to a dependable inde shop. But if you want to look for yourself for cracked hoses, which at this time costs nothing, is to remove the black cover off...
You can’t beat $75 no matter how you look at it. From the image it looks like it does have substantial metal to take some abuse. Even if it does not work you can always give it away. Donate it to a person like the one in the image and maybe you will see the same dorky smile the model has. :hehe:
2000 DII – Where to begin:
Front drive shaft – replaced with GBR
Rear drive shaft – replaced with GBR w/ conversion to a real u-joint
Radiator – caused by a tree that refused to move out of my way
3 sets of CV’s – caused by front and rear lockers and large tires
Multiple oil seals on the rear...
It almost looks like to me somebody is just trying to get name and address for other uses. Heck, the PLP did not know they existed or who they are, and the PLP are one of the true groups that fight to keep our public lands open.
That makes me suspicious of this group as with the fact no one...
I do all of my work by myself and most of the work has been modifications and maintaince items. When something did break I just upgraded the part. The only issue I ever had was the three amigos and a engine fire. The three amigos where fixed with the SLABS system being jerked out and all ABS...
I would first take a look at the distributor rotor or the ht wires. Then check the pump flow regulator and replace the fuel filter. Look at all of your vaccum hoses for cracks. A friend had a similer problem and his was the MAF sensor was going, but this does not happen much on this year so I...
