Did a search but not much came up.
Camping/Expo`ing time is special time spent with the family. Like to make eating a big part of the trip,
Not to be dumb but I already have a Solaire and was wondering if the Holland would be a worthwhile addition.
Any input from the Holland users ?
Finishing up a set of 4 (one in each corner) removable posts on my off road trailer. The idea is to be able to hang a tarp(s) off the trailer and then use adjustable tent poles as the outboard supports. Like the other recent thread on this subject shows.
Stopped at TSC and looked at several...
Thanks Corey and UK4x4.
Was looking at the BD but it is expensive compared to many others. But again my Apollo has been a very worthwhile investment. Albeit expensive also. Perhaps a connection here ??
The remote Coleman I recall was not well received but Coleman has come up with a few new...
Seems like there are a whole bunch of new battery powered lanterns that have hit the market.
Black Diamond, Coleman, Burnton to name just a few.
Any feedback on the full size models ?
I have the BD Apollo which works very well for a small lantern. But I`d like to get something fullsize...

Seems like an Xllent price compared to the other stores I checked.
The North Face Medium Base Camp Duffel / 90 bucks
Bit the bullet and purchased an 18" 4 burner Partner. Griddle, stand and the wind shields.
As tough as the Partner is supposed to be. I`d like to take good care of it. Wondering if anyone has a particular Pelican case or other good protective (hard side) case they might recommend.
Bringing this thread back up.
The Snow Peak cookware set. :chef: Good reliable place to purchase ??
Google doesn't offer many hits so I was hoping someone could make a recommendation.
Thanks for the links guys. GOOD stuff for sure.
Borrego60, very nice set up. Well thought out and executed. Hope you do not mind if I swipe a few ideas.
The air hose connectors solve one thought already. Think I can mount a RV style water pump just under the front cross brace.
Hey guys,
tried a couple search terms but did not come up with much.
I`d like to incorporate an on board water system to my off road trailer.
See the area in front of the fender(s) ? Thinking about a mounting couple potable water containers there. One on each side. Perhaps even T-ing them...
Hmmm, that sounds good Aaron.
Something that will adjust low enough to slow boil a nice rice dish. The fore mentioned chili simmering on a cold/cool day. That kinda stuff. And you are correct-I would not want to have to put a diffuser of sorts in to control temperature.
The weekend would be...
Thanks Aaron,
honestly I am awaiting the "simmer test" we talked about a couple post`s up. If you get a chance I`d appericate if yoiu could check it out.

A Burnton knockoff ????
Hello again guys.
Been doing some more research and am looking at the Brunton Wind River or the Partner 18". Just like you folks suggested.
Any preferred vendors ?
My main issue is being able to modulate the flame temp. This is going to be a BIG factor in deciding which way to go.
No problem guys. Glad to help.
Standard Rules Of Engagement. I have no vested interest in that company but saw the post over on Pirate 4x4 and thought it might be useful here on Expo.
I`ll check that out, thanks !!

To heck with the stove. Let`s eat !!
Was looking at the Partners. Few questions for ya.
1. Which model do you have ?
2. Does the temp. control work well ? One thing to boil a pot of water ASAP and another to keep a pot of Chili simmering for a bit...
