Bit the bullet and purchased an 18" 4 burner Partner. Griddle, stand and the wind shields. As tough as the Partner is supposed to be. I`d like to take good care of it. Wondering if anyone has a particular Pelican case or other good protective (hard side) case they might recommend.

Hello again guys. Been doing some more research and am looking at the Brunton Wind River or the Partner 18". Just like you folks suggested. Any preferred vendors ? My main issue is being able to modulate the flame temp. This is going to be a BIG factor in deciding which way to go.
