Well everyone wants stuff for cheap.........But this is one area that I really think you get what you pay for.
Say I have 150 or so in my 2 Colemans. Not happy with how they work. So that is 150 down the drain. Sell `em at a garage sale and get 20 bucks..........
So a new grill is going to...
Looking for a good 2/3 burner stove.
The Coleman I have leaves a lot to be desired. It is ether running way to hot or the flame is blowing out.
Has to be girdle capable.
Prefer it has it`s own stand detachable stand. My Solaire grill has me spoiled with it`s stand
Like the stainless steel...
Went to BassPro the other day. They had the oversize Kamp Rite set up.
Seemed to the perfect size for my needs. Laided down in it and found the support not to bad.
:elkgrin:Problem is the kids liked to also. The salesperson told of the double having the cross bar down the middle. That might...
Searched using water jug and water jugs but came up empty.
Two of my three daughters are playing travel soccer.
:wings: Go Vardar East !! :wings:
Been using the Igloo MaxCold water jugs. Half gallon size.
Twice now the jugs have gotten tipped on there side and all the...
Thanks for the update. The bold sections seem to speak for themselves. Especially the section on returns and your buddies store considering dropping the Kamp-Rite line.
There is a GM close to home and a Cabeles a couple hours away. Will do a look-n-touch. Will look for your update when you get...
Looking very seriously about taking the plunge for a tent cot. For the type of camping I/we do it would work out pretty well.
Learned a lot from the ongoing RTT vs. Tent Cot thread. Post #25 in particular caught my attention. If I read it correctly, the author suggests that the Cabelas model is...
Well, I thought the same thing at first, kinda pricy.
But if you figure what is inside the AP and the fact that it will not come loose, the lid fly off, lockable, get squashed down with straps and you can stack. It seems like a good idea.
Hi Expo folks.
Been a while since I`ve posted. Been busy with redoing the Jeep and chasing the girls in indoor soccer all winter. :smiley_drive:
The Jeep is almost done and now I`ve been surfing around the net looking for additions to my off-road trailer. The forum here has been very valuable...
Dad gave this to me today. Don`t know a lot about Coleman but was hoping someone here might help out. On the base it is stamped 8 53 if that helps any.
Worth using ? Anything to look for ?
Thanks !!
Bingo,
I use one of the Coleman Expo kitchens. Just need to be sure the tanks would be higher then the sink. Don`t need pressure, just flow.
Tape measure time !!
Thanks !!
Hmm, an end fill tank might fit well in front of the fenders. Kinda pricey but another good idea. Betcha some searching might turn up a plastic version......
Tie them together with a T fitting and a length of hose. External pump and be good to go.......
Found this on a quick look...
Not a bad idea.
Yes there is more to the top. Currently in process of adding detachable Unistrut "wings" to the current cross bars. The main top is 48 x 60. Adding a 24 x 60 extension to both sides. This will give me a full 8 x 6 top to mount a freestanding tent.
Hopefully will have...
Here is a work in progress shot of my off road trailer
Looking for some ideas on a water system. Could be as simple as a couple 5 gallon jugs with a 12 volt submersible pump to ??
Thus far the pumps I`ve found are all larger then the 1.375 opening in the jugs.
How did you do yours ...
