I know what your problem is... Simple really. Rear OME shocks have the wrong size bushing (lower control arm mount). So you have a ton of play and they will bang around. I removed the metal sleeve from the factory shock and put it inside the OME bushing for a tight fit. I couldn't believe...

Just depends on conditions... Mine weights over 6,000lbs. 11-13mpg off road (4wd & low range). Hwy it can do 20mpg at 60-65mph. Overall average is 15-16mpg.

Either a bad tire or bad balance. I've run many, many brands and sizes of off road tires. They should be smooth at all normal driving speeds. There are certain tires with poor balancing issues like Goodyear MTRs.
