Yes, you are correct. The 886 springs are both the same height... Driver side is heavier so it requires a spacer, longer spring or adjusting shock. This is normal. Gas tank, battery, driver are the major contributors to the lower driver side. Hope that helps. :)

I think they are wearing better than the KM2s. The dealer measured the tread depth at approx 8-9k miles; it was down 1/32 from new. They have over 11k on them now. The KM2s had a tendency of rounding the tread block edges. These seem to keep better edge on the blocks. The compound is...
