Normal hight for street and smooth gravel, +25 with iidtool for rougher stuff then +25 with offroad hight selected for hard obstacles and deep water. Offroad 95% of the times it's just in +25. This is with 275/65R18 BFG KO2s at 23-25 psi.

I would never, ever leave a plug in a car for 60,000km let alone 100,000km. I do 25,00km max. In my Lotus I use Iridium IX I swap them every 10,000 but in that car it takes me 5 years to do 10,000km.

I use NGK BKR5EIX-11 in my LR3, easier to find and generally less than half the price of OEM Laser Iridium. I've used NGK Iridium IX plugs in all my cars and never once had an issue.

It took me a while playing the tyre diameter size with the IIDtool to find one that didn't throw up speed sensor and locking out the cruise control with 275/65R18s. I can't remember off the top of my head what I've ended up at but I can check in the morning. I'm about 2-3mph out at 65mph now.
