Well....I suppose I did ask for feedback :) So, yes actual setup/take down times aren't accurately reflected in any of the "X-second" claims for any of these products; yes, this is obviously an OzTent ripoff/clone; yes, the price point probably implies this isn't manufactured to the same...

A quest for my own unicorn it seems but here's what I'm after, hoping some of the ExPoExperts have a recommendation....or two: used to house miscellaneous camping gear, snowboard equipment, and most often my porta-boat items (seats, transom, life vests, wheels) - would NEVER see anything > 50#...
