I pulled the transfer case and got my clocking ring from DIY4X installed Cleaned it all up while it was out I got the rest of the parts in for the full stainless exhaust, stainless hangers, o2 fittings, everything. Going to cut the flanges off the headers and weld Vbands on.

I would say you are doing good weight wise, my trucks factory curb weight is 4,840. Last trip over the scales was 7,400 with two passengers, full of fuel!

I swapped in a mileage-unknown 4L65E about 7 years ago in my truck, put a huge dedicated trans cooler on it and the only thing I have had to do was replace the 2-3 shift solenoid, when I did that I also put a deep Hughes pan on it. It's been rock solid for me with 37s and a 7400# truck.

Gotcha, just wanted to clear it up that the G80 is a limited slip, not a true locker.

I must have missed it if so, but did you put an aftermarket selectable locker in the rear axle?
