RV & Camper Prices vs Inflation

Pre Covid prices... Nothing really caused the local price of eggs to change. Our economy does not run out of the White House, the implication that it does is political pundits from all kinds of media.

RV & Camper Prices vs Inflation

Great example of my previous post about economics and political views. Simply misguided.

Red neck translation, that should be; "are you referring" or "you're referring" or "were you referring" :)

RV & Camper Prices vs Inflation

Ken, I'll take Campfire for $400.00...... Next 12 months prices will stabilize over 24 months prices decrease based on what bang for the buck you can get, in other words, stable price with more options but not better quality.

Totally agree, which is why I won't mention the Health and Human services study that had10,000 lives attributed to misinformation; some of whom may have been stockholders in "F". Reminds me, if you wait a couple weeks I think there will be a flood of used F-150's, and other makes, hit the market...

Will Jeep and Ram Truck Prices Take a Steep Dive Soon?

My friend, monetary policy has little to do with price gouging and the basics of economic policy, the use of land, labor, capital and entrepreneurship prove my point, it's greed. :)

Bolting jerry can mounts directly to tailgate? Talk me out of it...

Mickey is right. And my wife didn't like riding with gas cans either. She'd have to sit in the bed after we'd ford a river till she dried out.

RV & Camper Prices vs Inflation

Well said! When my granddad said "gotta make hay while the sun shines" I'm sure he didn't mean take advantage of others while you can. What's often forgotten in our free market is that it is suppose to be fair wages for an honest days work and business with a fair profit, but that doesn't...

Velcro comes in rolls, VHB or 3M glue sticks to those materials. You can cut the zipper out with a razor knife.

RV & Camper Prices vs Inflation

Biggest RV dealer in my neck of the woods is Wilder RV, they have been running TV ads which is unusual, showing prices being slashed by $10,000.00+ Granted, some seem to be a hail sale and minor damage, some is clearing inventory.

Bolting jerry can mounts directly to tailgate? Talk me out of it...

^ good point, might use some sheet steel on the inside of that old tail gate so it won't work lose. Driving over bodies could get bumpy, additional sheet steel can also deflect bullets from drivers behind you.

Bolting jerry can mounts directly to tailgate? Talk me out of it...

Seriously? Really? You think anyone on this site would try to talk you out of bolting stuff to your truck to make it look expo, emergency, Armagedón ready, macho ************? Make sure you strip the heads so the bolts can't be removed because otherwise, in New Orleans, Jefferson Parrish, chances...

Will Jeep and Ram Truck Prices Take a Steep Dive Soon?

Sold my '99 F150 XLT 4x4, added bed cover and running boards bought a '22 F150 XL 4x4, V-8, has bed cover and slider style steps. No carpet, which for me and my dog is a good thing, the XL has all the power stuff I wanted, actually more. It's for towing my boat or travel trailer, not much more...

    Victory 4x4 Bumpers?

Better investigate your bumper stuff before spending thousands for looks and frame damage in the event of an accident. Energy from a crash has to go somewhere, if the bumper doesn't give something else will. Everyone I know and know of that has gotten to meet a deer on these Ozark roads that...

RV & Camper Prices vs Inflation

It's clear that most have no idea of late 20th and early 21st century economic theory, but they adopt the hearsay spouted off by political pundits from their tribe. Asking the question, what social factors influence inflation, Copilot provides this- Consumer Behavior: Increased consumer...

    Interior wall/ceiling covering

I wouldn't have any concern with delamination, I'd use a razor blade to remove glues off the surface. Like any material, if you screw up, you screw up, but you'd have to screw up big time to destroy the coroplast. If you drill a hole in it the hole cannot be removed!
