    Zam15’s Tacoma Build

After a few outings I realized the truck needed a slight bump in spring rate, so a quick trip to the Truck Shop and they got them swapped in quick along with my AGM sliders. I was back on the road shortly after! This is not something I can do at home anymore with my bottle jack!! Truck now...

New truck mask! Top filter was installed in 2015... Snorkel pre-filter does an amazing job at keeping larger debris out of the air box. Pretty much only deposits from smoke and smog ? Probably didn't even need to replace, but I got nothing better to do right now. Totally worth all the weird...

No idea and I don't want to know. She's a pig! Yeah, it was weird not seeing a single person for two days! But the main section of the valley was packed, left that section as soon as I was done with the main POI.

Always trying to keep the truck utilitarian and capable so I finally picked up some new chains to fit the 35s, found the perfect way to store them on trips too! Also picked up a drop hitch, not that I tow or would tow much. But it leaves it an option of a small off-road camper, cargo, boat or...

Mounted with rivets, so its flush, everything else sorted itself out. A rivet tool is a dangerous thing... what else can I mount!?

Got a pack with multiple keys! Wish they had a bigger matched pack, so may locks on the truck, propane, gas cans, shovels, Flip-Pac, swing-outs... In the last 12 years of use, don't think I've had to dig out of a single situation, I'd say 90% pop a squat, 10% fire pit. Have one more mounting...

Veterans day weekend outing to the desert, weather was great and was able to take some friends exploring. Lots of great rigs out this weekend! So much great geology! Tight squeeze in a few spots, happy that I built out a min truck! With the full moon we didn't even need our lights...

spotted on CL flippac style small truck flip camper top

As long as rats haven't gotten to the tent that would be an amazing find, replacing the hinges and torsion bar wouldn't be that hard. I'd buy that thing just to have a spare flip-pac. I feel sad now considering I paid eight times that for mine... Looks like it had a full interior build out on...

For the back I already have the backup lights, and will and one to the shell window was well to light up the taillight.

Testing out an area flood light placement on the camper. Think I prefer under the overhang. Things light up quite the area and are not too harsh on the eyes.
