it is my understanding that square tube and "sliding square tube " are 2 different things .... sliding tube is a bit more but may be worth it in the end .... something about the weld inside the tube being smoother or something blah blah blah ....Matt

curbell plastics out of aurora ..... its called king starboard .... uv stable marine grade hdpe .... prices have skyrocketed from when i originally priced it out.... cuts drills and routers just like wood ..... used a caulk rope on the frame and screwed hdpe to frame with size 10 self...

arb wiring kit is in hand already.... it was just one of the parts i have collected ..... and i do like the connection to the fridge with that kit

ok i asked this in a solar fridge thread i have going but thought i would ask here also the goal is to have a weather proof box .... but the fridge is mounted inside the box and will be accessed thru a rv lugguge access door on the side of trailer.... common sense tells me that i now need to...

thanks.... another question ....... its like 18 inches of wiring from battery to fridge.... will the arb wiring kit be sufficient size wire to power fridge from battery or is bigger better ..... arb 63qt fridge/freezer with fitted cover.... and fridge is in the cargo box part of the trailer ...

going with gc2 batteries ..... victon smart controller 100/20 ...and 200 watts renogy suitcase panels ..... will the fridge power come from the battery or the dc output of the controller ? p.s. if battery is the answer what would dc output from controller be used for ?

well things are about to start happening again..... cvt denali tent in hand..... amazing 270 awning in hand.... trailer skins showed up fedex freight the other day .... linear actuators in hand.... batteries coming soon ...solar panels and a great controller coming .... on demand hot water...

not much has happened.... wiring for things down the road and about to buy stuff for the skin and doors..... but am happy to report new roof top tent has been ordered and is in stock and should be here quite soon.... excited ...Matt

I wish i would have weighted the trailer to see how it sat before mounting the fenders .... its not much and i am probably the only one that will notice but now the tires seem to be not centered in the fenders ... they are a little back of center .... and half inch pipe i ran everywhere to...

been following along...great work ...maybe i missed it .... have you loaded the trailer with weight consistent with what you might carry when in use ... was thinking that may have dropped the space you needed for hitch mod ....Matt
