Did some work on my OVRLND camper recently as well. I have been struggling with how to mount and fill my water tank.
I think this is going to work out just fine.
Also took out the fridge slide and mounted my refrigerator up front.
I have installed two flexible solar panels and used double sided tape directly to the camper on both. One of them got eternabond tape all around and is still going strong four years later. My current setup just has eternabond tape on the leading edge. It has been great for over a year.
Just my 2 cents,
1. Flip up rear door, I have a swing-out tire carrier, barn doors wouldn't have been beneficial to me.
2. Hatches on both sides? I am happy with one, but two would have been okay.
3. Rear slider window to cab? I had one on my last camper, and I rarely used it. So I couldn't...
I ordered my headliner, but I did remove it to install my fan, lighting, wiring and insulation. I imagine it would be a pretty easy retrofit to install one from OVRLND. I am not good a sewing, but if you are, that may be an easy job as well.
I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it sure holds a lot of gear. Other than my cook stove, I have all my kitchen items packed inside. It seems pretty stable, and lite compared to the pelican case I was using prior. I am happy with it so far.
I stripped out the back of my truck, I felt the drawer system and shelving was to heavy. I went ahead and rhino lined my bed. Then I made a folding shelf that I think will work for me. I also purchased a Camp Chef table organizer, and I used some pelican cases on my last outing.
I drove all the way up to Wyoming and back to Arizona with my OVS Nomadic on my camper. I drove 100's of miles on back country roads. One in particular was three hours of the muddiest, nastiest, bumpiest road I have ever been on. I have had no issues with this setup. Sure, its heavy, but it...
