    New to overlanding

NEVER put a higher amp fuse in a circuit unless you also increase the size of all wire in the circuit accordingly. The fuse is there to protect from overloading and causing a fire or other damage.....

    Energy efficient fridge. Cheap?

The bottom line is how much power it draws. there is no mention of that in the article. A good portable fridge draws about 2 amps when running and it should run less then 50% of the time for a 40 degree internal temp.

    What PTO?

I know about pto winches I drove tow truck with two pto winches for years, nothing comes close to a pto driven winch! For casual self recovery use even a cheap Warm electric will work fine as long as the limit of the equipment is not exceeded.

    What PTO?

PTO winches are mostly for commercial rigs, even tow truck use hydraulic winces these days. Some of them do have the hydraulic pump connected to a PTO. The Mile marker winch on my truck is fed from the power steering pump, no PTO needed.

I've run 2.0 AWG wire from my battery to the rear storage area (behind the rear seats

Sounds good, but would get two new identical batteries to start with. Combo deep cycle/starting batteries would probably be best for your use.

    Looking for 5" aux lights

There are no legal lights to light up the sides of your lane. Even head lights are designed to not illuminate the on coming lane of traffic. That's why they are different for right hand and left hand drive countries.

    Axle Flip without Welding

Did you see my post above? Been towing it that way for years without a problem. There is no need to weld new perches, just use the old ones already welded on to bottom of the axle.

    Trailer Weight Distribution

To get your tongue weight since you know the weight of your truck just go to the scales with the trailer attached and put only the truck wheels on the scale. The difference of truck only and truck with trailer will be your tongue weight. The 10-20% is the minimum to keep the trailer from wagging...
