It's not a Belgian company but a Dutch. :-) Gabo is the manufacturer, but you have to order via a company. They do not deliver to private persons. We, and several other people from the Netherlands and Germany ordered them at Twiga Traval.

No, just working with the tools I have. :-) I asked at the merc garage if it's okay to do it like that. They answerd that its always better to use the wright socket and torque, but normally it should be okay as long as the nuts aren't damaged.

We don't have Outbond Windows, I just ment a roof window. We have a Leki roof window and Seitz windows at the side. I've seen the outbound windows in real and I think they are well made. But we had the windows put in by the firm that made our box. They work with Seitz and Heki. :-)

Why not? We've also a roof window above the bed and its great. We did have to place a spoiler in front because with heavy winds and driving, the window lifted a little bit. But further no problems.

Low mileage but many ours on the clock: no problem, the engine always ran on 1000 rpm whitout heavy duty to make the crane work. Ideal to keep the engine in good condition while the vehicle didn't move much.

My English is not good enough to know what the hub exactly is. But with our wheeldrums, we had to take out the entire axle of the scharft to repare the brakes in the back. (to take off the drums) Never had to replace any bearing or joint. We've drivin 10000 km since and everything is still OK.

In the front you can just change and bleet the system, as long as the ABS-unit didn't got dry. Otherwise you have to put the breaking fluid in the system starting at the wheel. (with a presure pump) Otherwise you won't get all the air out of the ABS-unit. (We had to change the front breaking...

Our box goes indeed over the cab, but it has enough clearence to move. Last summer at a certain point, I saw the cab comming als low as the side mirror. This proofs thad the flex system works without causing any damage to the cab nor the vehicle.

@ Jostein: outside diameter 50 mm, wire diameter 10 mm, 7 windings for every spring. There are 5 springs on each side of the truck, but the rear 2 are actually not neccessary I found out later. @LoRoad: We"ve got 2 springs at 1 point in the rear, than a fixed point before and after the rear...

What is the difference between cup or spiral springs? My English is a bit rusty. :-) Here a picture of our springs. I think you will call them cup springs. (spiral with a metal plate at both sides, but the plate is loose, not fixed. The spiral is flat at the end.)

You don't have to change anything to the axle. Just fit the propre wheels. Whe did zo on a Mercedes Vario. I know several people with a MAN which did the same and no-one changed anything to the axle.

No, sorry. We bougth those springs at the firm that constructed our box. (We build the subframe ourself, the box was made at a firm, ormocar)

It looks very clean. The result is what I hope for. I'll probably give it a go to this winter.
