Just started the main body of a rear diff skid plate for my rig. Waiting for some saddle clamps in the mail to finish the mounts, then ill paint and install.
Should have the clamps this weekend so will be done by early next week.
I just re apply the bed liner as needed aka touch up when it's damaged, I use it on skid plates and bumpers etc. Don't use a primer and it will stick better.
Ever think of putting air springs aka helper springs in? They are made just for the guy who tows or hauls more weight than he should, you can make them as stiff or as soft as you need, can even run them at different pressure if you'd also like to get the chevy drivers side lean corrected.

Luckily for you in Canada you can buy a brand new unreliable diesel and delete all those terrible sensors,egr,scr,etc and replace with a straight pipe and tune that will make them pretty reliable. In USA your screwed or you have to figure out how to get a delete tune shipped to the states...
I can't and won't give you a brand to look at but I can tell you you will need a 12k or larger winch and the line you put on should be 1.5x to 2x stronger than the winch you choose.

If you don't have a fid, a permanent marker and electrical tape does just fine on 1/2" and up line. Bury the tail as deep as you can and feather the end that is inserted it helps grab better inside the line when tightened.
