Mine were the .188 wall with a full top plate (HEAVY). I was able to install them with the help of one more person, a floor jack, and two jack stands.

My rear Thuren sway bar links are installed the same direction. Are you worried about catching the zerk fittings on something? I've been back and forth about switching them around so the fittings angle up.

I have had M3's, Corvette's, and other high end sports cars and the headlights are fine on the Ram. Maybe yours are adjusted wrong? The QC on these trucks is so poor. Mine came off the lot with the drag link loose.

None at all on the radius arms or sway bar. I am not sure if it is because of the Carli arms and sway bar are shaped slightly different than the original.
