Looking for recommendations on some decent cheap 100w rigid solar panels

aHank you for the replies, we were thinking about renogy. I'll check out the newpower as well. Read up on that link and apparently the hgst and renogy panels are the same. just cheaper, and less support

Looking for recommendations on some decent cheap 100w rigid solar panels

I'm tirted of reading, I feel like my head is going to explode. I'd like to buy 200w worth of rigid solar panels. I will be running them through ym redarc, just looking for a set thatis decent and comes somewhat close to the rated 100w. I'm also kicking around the idea of a folding one for base...

is the redarc bcdc1240d too much for a 75a alternator?

it actually is a upgraded alternator lol. considering the 83 mighty max came with a 45a alternator originally. we put a starion alternator in, which was pretty good sized for the 80s. We may look at swapping to a larger frame alternator eventually or getting one custom done, but for now this is...

is the redarc bcdc1240d too much for a 75a alternator?

We are building a new setuo foir my friends pickup. Nothing fancy. it will mainly be powering a older engel 30l and a iceco 45l. Currently it has a siomple bluesomething lkoad detecting switch, which kills the battery after a week of being off. It seems to work fine for short trips on a single...

A heads up for anyone trying to buy a camp chef everest 2. Found a retailer that carries them still.

you know whats interesting, the package actually says they are 25,000btu. I swear my friends package said 20,000. Either way, my favorite stove. I was going to try the mountainer version, but apparently they went up 160 dollars from 2019.. I had also thought about buying the usa made ones. I...

A heads up for anyone trying to buy a camp chef everest 2. Found a retailer that carries them still.

I've been in the market for one for awhile, but I was having a hard time finding anyone that actually carried it for a halfway decent price. I actually found cabellas online store has them. I had it sent to my local one to save on shippiong, and it was 129.99, not as cheap as they were 2 years...

I think I'm going to give the TJM front air locker a try.+

I've been debating for awhile on going for arb or TJM for a air locker, and I think im going to give tjm a try. I dont think I have heard of a single montero owner running one yet. I did some reading on ih8mud and after some teething issues they seem to love them. Has anyone here actually...

OIL COOLER? Should there be one? Oil leak maybe from oil filter housing bolts - GEN1

If you wanna cheap upgrade, the sr montero oil cooler is about twice the size of the non sr oil cooler. Should be close to a bolt in. Something to consider. I've grabbed a few in the jyard over the years, just make sure you clean them really good

CAUTION/AVOID Adventure Driven Designs in AZ

Frankly, I wouldnt deal with add, there is enough **************** that I get why people get upset, then we get the typical haters saying hes a god send. The guy has a reason to be pissed. The excuse is, oh hes a busy guy, then maybe dont get into selling ******** to people.

    1991 montero 4m40 swapped offroad/overland build

Time to post some updates. My transmission came in from the uk. Im still waiting on a clutch and some other misc parts. Right now I've pulled the engine back out. Removed the trans, removed the timing cover and have been working with my engine mounts. Sadly I think my only option is to cut the...

Air Lockers - OEM vs ARB?

I'm not impressed with the elockers from harrop. they disengage too often when moving back and forth from watching videos. FOr the rear, the factory is a no brainers, for front, you have a few options. I will be trying the tjm locker myself. Not the cheap chinese one that has a similar name

Pajero 2.8 Turbo Diesel with 5speed conversion kit

ah makes more sense. I didnt do the swap from 4d56 to 4m40 on the secong gen pajero I had, which is now charlie norths mivec swap build rig. They did cut the original mounts off and weld some new mounts in on that. it was a pretty terrible swap job though.

    1991 montero 4m40 swapped offroad/overland build

Made some more progress today. Pulled the trans, flex plate and engine plate off, then pulled the timing cover and accessories off. It appears the type 73 used the single row timing chain like the l200. I'm guessing only the pajero got the double row timing setup. I will say it is impressive...

    1991 montero 4m40 swapped offroad/overland build

8n anticipation of my manual trans conversion stuff coming dhl from the uk tomorrow sometime. I pulled the engine back out. It was worse pulling it by myself without help as the v4a51 is gigantic and we had to basically prepare it in to get it to firm why mitsubishi didn't make the mid cross...

    1991 montero 4m40 swapped offroad/overland build

wasnt planning on it, frankly It's a side project im tossing around the idea with. the bell housing was cheap and I figured I'd toss one on my pallet since im already paying up the butt, and I think my v6 has a crack in the block. I figured I could use it co bolt the 4d56 I have sitting around...

Seeking Help With Dead JDM V5MT1 Mystery

Interesting. I was assuming a 4d56 v5mt1 bell housing would bolt to the usdm v5mt1, I picked one up with my 4m40 trans that im having shipped over from the uk. So you are saying the bell housing actually houses the input shaft seal or bearing?
