Well, making my own chains is beyond my pay grade but I appreciate the bump!

Not sure they make these anymore. I bought them new from another expo member a couple of years ago. Neither he nor I ever used them, so they are new old stock. Strongly prefer not to ship. Here are the tire sizes that Rud said they fit: 275/75R18 295/75R16 305/50R20 305/65R17 305/70R16...

Here's a bump and a plug for these tires. Had them for close to 2 years, put a bunch of miles on them and they have done well. Not for hard core rock crawling ... they chunk ... bit great grip on the rocks/ in the dirt and mud and wear reasonably well on the road.

Went by yourself? I used to do that, but one break down, a long walk out and a very large recovery bill has convinced me to not do solo trips any more.

I put led's in the overheads and pulled the bulbs from the doors. I use a Coleman magnetic led in the rear over the tailgate.

You seem to have some personal knowledge, which I certainly don't. No reason to debate the facts, and I can imagine that it costs alot more to maintain a park than most of us know. However, I can also imagine that the state assigns a portion of its byzantine support structure costs to each...

Wow, thats quite a list. Not my personal thing, but McGrath SP seems like it is always packed with campers and there must be 150+ spots in there. The camps fees alone have to cover the park expenses many times over.

Just picked up a good condition 416 this weekend. No big build plans, just the basic maintenance, mayne some bed liner in the tub. Need a spare wheel and tire. Can you guys point me in the direction fo some good sources?

Bought mine with the OEM rack removed. PO used rubber plugs and silicone. Seems to be leaking now so I need to redo all of them.

I think the US tow rating is 5k.
