Has anyone heard of or used Quantum Remap? for a Vario they seem to claim +25% BHP up to 170! and +16% on Torque!

I enjoyed the show, like you say its getting better, I cant understand why you were put on the other side of the race track! there was plenty of room in the centre and it would make the show a more compact and better display.

My Vario is limited to 52 mph, I don't want to be a speed merchant! but I find it is a little on the slow side. It would be nice if I could do 60 mph when and if I want to. My local Mercedes dealer say they are not allowed to remove it, (instruction from factory) they may be able to increase...

Ian, thought you had the limiter taken off. Or do I remember you had the engine remapped?

That noise could well be the transfer gear box! I get a kind of gear chatter noise on overrun at around 50mph if the throttle is just equal to the speed if I throttle up or down it goes away. I suspect a worn bearing in the transfer box, but not too worried by it.

That looks nice, as you say, not an out and out overlander! but capable enough to get out of trouble, My vario is some where in between the two, like you I like the idea of using the cab space with swivel chairs, it makes for so much more space. Do you know the wheel base? it looks long, and...
