I would like to know this as well. Seemed like a loss of fuel just letting it idle for parts of the trip during the trail cuts etc. Was this needed to power the production equipment's battery chargers etc.?

Thanks, I bought this one to be used with the full expectation that the bodywork might suffer for it. It still starts and runs like a new truck! Lol Thanks, both fires have grown and may cut off my canoe/back country access for a while. Travel restrictions are growing :(

Thanks, the worst was where the branches were rubbing non stop for a few minutes on the tight part of the trail. Birds were everywhere. Every 10 min I could stop on the trail and tag dinner if I tried (no hunting on this trip) I used a 2.25 stainless u-bolt and an old section of shelf...
