Living in Texas it never get super cold so heater was never an issue. By doing what you told me, I won’t have a heater correct?

Got it out now, pain in the rear! I removed all the bolts at the bottom and brute force it to come off.

If you are trying to get model 2.5, try your best not to get year 2000 since it doesn’t come with rear locker.
I have year 2000 and I love it, but I wish it comes with rear locker (which I didn’t know when I bought it)

Yes, the yoke is made of plastic. With age and heat exchange it started to crack overtime.
You can probably fix it with JB Weld but I was having a hard time taken them a part.
