Anyone running a 4-wheeldrive camper van with the commercial sliding side door?
Pics would be great. We had a Sportsmobile before and i just want to see how folks have configured the interior/windows in such a manor for that setup.
Thanks!
I've only had experience with the RUDS. Been happy with them and the ease of mounting while out on the trail. Only thing i don't care for is that the tensioner is rubber and i've broke them before pulling too hard. That being said, they stood behind the product and fired out a replacement...
That's how i've seen it done and as a matter of fact, i've seen a family of 4 in one. Tight, but it works and needless to say.. everyone is super warm :D
Here's a timelapse video that Gooseberry shot with his GoPro. I just got a free minute to edit it together..

Permit lottery applications start Feb 1st... So, we are not hosed yet. We may be hosed if we don't get permits. It's $6 (non-refundable) fee per lottery application, so we can submit as many as we feel like affording to make our chances of getting a...
I love to set new personal goals and always keep busy pushing myself. It keeps me feeling alive, instead of sitting on a couch watching tv and eating cheetos. I've always had this monster on my bucket list. With that said, I've committed to summit Whitney in 2013 (if we get our permits from...

I've ridden this bike and it knows how to pick up her dress and run. Don't let the SM version full you. Gabe has taken this Everywhere and has schooled me everytime. Whoever buys it won't be disappointed.
Nice bike, i've ridden with Sean while he was on this... Great condition as Sean takes really good care of his gear. Good luck with the sale, i've passed this on to ILM as well.
And oh yeah.. It's a shame you're selling it!!!!!!!!!!!!! Make the change, ride more, not less! :bike_rider:
Glad to hear you're just as excited as we were when we first heard about the area.
I would take a trailer, however... i wouldn't make it my first trip towing. I'd make sure you had experience first. It wasn't that it was that hard, but you'd need to know how how to make corrective measures...
Huge thanks to everyone involved this year! It was a great turnout and we're already thinking about next year!

The State Park officials called this morning and said they'll have their interpretive tent setup with some rangers talking to kids about nature and animals. Very cool they are excited about getting involved!
