Saw this on the web the other day, so I thought I would post it here.
What a good idea to help carry some equipment on a road or trail.

For starters I am posting this for a neighbor who has lots of cool things like a Unimog and other cool stuff. His plans was to make a camper out of this but just no longer has the time.

Cummins Cruiser
Nice job, I'm currently working on installing a 3.3 Cummins in my sons FJ40. It's a project to finish while he is deployed. I have a 6BT5.9 Cummins in my 86 FJ60 and it has been the most dependable vehicle I have ever owned.
Good job :)
Another Option
Advanced Adaptors has a low range gear kit for the FJ60, I think about $1300.00 that gives a 4:1 low range and a 10% UNDERdrive in the high range, not the best solution. Marks 4WD in Austrailia has the same gear kit but offers a 4:1 low range and a 10% OVERdrive in high range...
I just spoke to the fine folks at Marlin Crawlers reguarding their dual case set-up for the FJ60 transfer case. They have built it and sold about 100 but do not have any more. They would build the kits once more if there is interest. The link is below. They need about 30 people interested to...

FJ62 T case
Buy a rebuild kit for it, since it is apart you should replace the bearings idler shaft and thrust bearings, it's easy since the case is apart already, Georg in Stocton has the kit. Valley Hybrids.
Good luck.
Cummins / Landcruider Wiring
Probably still want to know where the wires go? Ok I'll see if I can remember .

Landcruiser
Good info. I don't want to swap engines, like something I don't have to mess with. I have a lead on a 1996 115K miles Ex Cond., I guess this would be a straight 6. Any thoughts on this year of Landcruiser.
I love the idea of the locking hubs conversion. Thanks
