I just booked a plate between the exhaust manifold and the egr tube. That way the egr is blocked but if I get pulled over by dot it still looks factory

I wonder what the spool would be like on a td05? I could prob source a td05 14b from a talon easily. Guess make a adapter plate since the fuso flange looks different.

Yes..I feel the small turbo it's basically a heat generator and it's causing some of my heat problems as well keeping heat in the engine from the small exhaust housing and the intake side just blows super heat which prob helps heat the rad:)

Is this on the fe you where discussing? I think the reason the thermostat is on the bottom cause the coolant system works in reverse like old vw. How do the rad fins look? I think if the egr cooler was leaking you would get exhaust in the coolant. Did you have a load on?

I looked up the fg same turbo part number. Wonder if a different td04 center section and compressure would fit?

Hmmm tdo4 sounds correct that's the exhaust size but 4 after sounds wrong.. Should be like 11,13,14,16.

I willl be doing full exhaust and intake first but I think the turbo is a major restriction in the system Any one know what turbo it is?

My truck is a work truck..it's also a fe. Deff leaving duals on and i all ready have 17.5 so 19.5 is not a huge jump.

Is the steinberner chip for fe? Thought it was just the fg? On mine cause of the higher gvw brakes and suspension seemed to handle the weight well. If I had more power I think a little help with lower rpm would be 19.5" wheels from a hino or similar. I have to much money in this truck to...
