We have a 2013 outback. The last two summers we have spent 3 weeks each in the pacific NW and Canada. I've had to replace tires on both trips due to sidewall damage. I just need something with stouter sidewalls than the stockers or the ones I replaced them with.

We prefer Hydroflasks. They offer a great variety of sizes and lid types. Also great at keeping things very hot or cold.

Running low range with the center diff unlocked works great running tight switchbacks in the mountains. Makes the tight turns much easier. If it gets too rough, no problem locking it up.

If it's a clean RR Classic that's a pretty good deal. If it's a P38, run away fast and far. The gremlins will eat you.

On your return trip, be sure to see the Jim Davis gun museum in Claremore. It's one of the finest in the country.
