    Weldtec or Camburg?

That’s what I figure, if I know how to drive and have the correct setup, I can go anywhere.

    Weldtec or Camburg?

Awesome van! Thanks for the input

    Weldtec or Camburg?

I’ll be hauling my dirt bikes to trail ride and races along with camping. Since I’m in the PNW the parking areas or access roads to where I go can be really muddy in the winter and potholes with washboard roads in the summer. I’m hoping larger tire diameter combined with better suspension will...

    Weldtec or Camburg?

I don’t need 4x4 for 90% of what I’m doing so I’m saving some cash and just doing what I think is a well thought out 2wd. I figure with the correct suspension, tires and gearing the van should be able to do what I want very well.

    Weldtec or Camburg?

Thanks for the replies. I still haven’t made my decision. I plan to call each place and ask them a few questions.

    Weldtec or Camburg?

1998 E350 I’ve been reading a bunch of reviews and my brain is turning to mush. I’m looking at either the Camburg Trail Kit with fox 2.0 or Weldtec Baja Grocery Getter kit. They seem pretty similar. At this point I’m thinking of decide which one to purchase based on after purchase support...

New to me 1998 E350 Club Wagon

The person who did the cabinets before did a very horrible job so they came out and went in the trash quickly. I’ll insulate it, do some lighting, figure some sort of gold down bed and then install some tie downs for dirt bikes. The van’s life will be spent hauling dirt bikes to trails and...

New to me 1998 E350 Club Wagon

If I had a welder and knew had to weld I might do it myself. Good to know that’s the only thing that I couldn’t do. I’m sure I could do the rest.

So I’ve heard, everyone seems to be very happy with Weldtec stuff. I’m not sure I want to do the work myself though. Trying to find a local shop I trust.

I used the shop forklift to lift the front of the van up so I could pretend it already had the lift. Haha

New to me 1998 E350 Club Wagon

All the poorly done build out is gone. As soon as I can find a local place that can do Weldtec or Camburg kit it will go in for that. Won’t be using it much until then. The tires that are on it are really bad and I can’t put the new tires on until the lift is done.

That would work for one of my doors but the other doesn’t swing that far. I’m thinking more of a trunk hydraulic.

    FOUND Vans For Sale!

Ultimately that’s what led to my purchase of the E350. It has a hightop with high back doors. Almost bought the AWD Safari though.

Currently has some really poorly built and installed cabinets. Those come out today.

Thanks, I like the barn doors for sure. I'll need to replace some hardware or something though as they do not stay open on their own. Also, it has the built in step which I didn't like at first but after getting in and out a few times I think I'll keep them.

    FOUND Vans For Sale!

Before I bought my E350 I was looking at this. Been up for two months. I've seen it in person. Very clean with no issues that I could find. I bet the seller would take $13k since it's been up for so long. https://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/d/seattle-2004-awd-gmc-savana-van/6745909164.html
