Look at the boreas xt. The at can be had under 20k the xt is around 30k. 2 bikes can go on top of tongue box and you can use another rack on the back. Or get the mxt.
Why isn't the awning, battery, fridge, spare and propane included in the dry weight? Dry weight should be as the trailer came, the only weight added should be the propane/water and anything you added.
Anyone looking for a trailer as described should look into the boreas xt12 that is being released soon. I have the regular xt and build quality is on point.
I preferred the galley kitchen off the back. Seemed to be more usefull storage for us. The rear door on the mission was very awkward to close. The shape of the mission didn't leave us with an easy solution for hauling our bikes. As well as the Boreas can haul a RTT on top for our future kids...

I think you can get it in there better. Did you air it down at all? Mine fits in level and it looks like you might not have it up all the way. I laid on my back and was hitting it to get it up tight. You could use a hammer to help.
Make sure when trying to get the spare under there you angle the leading side up to get past the track bar, then use some muscle to jam the rest in there. I did relocate my wiring that was pinned to the back of the hitch.
