******???? Heater core is a small radiator/heat exchanger -- coolant doesn't cool it -- the heater core doesn't generate any heat without hot coolant running thru it -- No coolant = no heat -- no chance of your heater core catching fire without coolant running thru it -- Just a cold heater

I'm 6'1 and 217 pounds -- my biggest gripe with my XJ is the small doors on the 4 door version It's hard to get in and out -- I fit once in and it's pretty comfortable At your size I would think the bigger doors on the 2 door version are a must

Thanks to the link -- looks like the hardtop is sandwiched between 2 brackets with bolt holes drilled thru the roof, connecting everything together
