They changed the design at some point to make the cover larger. I don’t know if I have the larger cover or not. It’s very snug but I have no issues getting it to close after doing it 3-4 times.

Right, but maybe you can get a set of these to replace? The wheel in the picture is what Mark put on the trailer, because it has the same specs as OE Toyota 80-series Land Cruiser wheels.
Hah! I wish someone had my first exposure to the stuff on video: stuck to a corner of a solar panel, stuck to my nitrile gloves, pulling pieces of my gloves off as I tried to deal with it… Just needed some funny music as a soundtrack. :)

Used Eternabond to seal the roof fan:
The stuff is incredibly sticky like nothing I’ve ever used. Bit of a job as I mounted my panels too close to the fan in an attempt to make the panel pigtails reach each other and leave room for a future third panel. (VHB…)
The fan controller died sometime last year and Mark sent me a new module. Following some Internet discussions of condensation causing issues, I applied a liberal amount of acrylic conformal coating before reinstalling it:
I hope this will prevent future issues

By "it" I was referring to the "battery sensor", which must see all power. That's what they are saying, exactly. This is identical to every other battery monitoring system on the market.
They call the shunt a “battery sensor”. :)
But yeah, you have to have all power going through it so the monitor knows what power has been used as well as how much has made it back in the bank.
Yup, just took a quick look at the manual:
https://www.redarc.com.au/Content/Images/uploaded/The%20Manager15%20Instructional%20Manual.pdf
And that model has no provision for directly attaching loads to it. It uses a shunt on the negative side of the bank, like most BMS do. Where was the fridge...
I've never had any ingress in the kitchen slide compartment. The nose box gets a little, from the zillion holes in it. I've mitigated quite a bit of that and intend to completely seal the cable entries once I'm done making modifications.
Careful, if the Redarc needs to count amps flowing through it to get an accurate state of charge, you may have bypassed that. (I don't know this, just pointing it out.)

I'm in Ottawa, so hit me up on your way. NL is amazing, we had some terrific spots.

You don't see it in the photo, but we had an iceberg and some small jumping dolphins off that remote spot.
