Where do you guys buy tires?

The dude that sold me the tires didn't mention anything about warranty. Just mentioned how million dollar teams buy these by the dozen so they never care.

Where do you guys buy tires?

Is this factory warranty? I didn't purchase anything extra.

Where do you guys buy tires?

This was my receipt for 4 new KO2's. But no warranty or anything, just a walk out the door deal. I'm sure tire size was a big factor also.

Where do you guys buy tires?

Got mine from 4wheelparts. My co-workers son in law is the manager and gave me a small discount. Took it over to a small mom and pop store for installation. Need one more for the spare.

Fabrication shops in SoCal? For winch bumper modification.

I would hit up your local welding schools. The instructors won't let the students to fail on your project and any student that gets the opportunity will be far advanced than his/her class mates. These kids are skilled enough and I wouldn't be afraid to give them something different to work on...

    Buying shocks and struts...

My mechanic is charging $200 labor for both front and rear. I figure if I can get the coils and any bushings, mounts, and/or hardware all pieced together, he can slide it all in one labor cost.

Poll: Scrap gen3 limited? Need your opinion

Like most have said, it would depend on your finances. If you have a few dollars to invest in another vehicle, it may be a bit more economical to use that money towards a new motor and trans. At least you know where every little nick and scratch came from with your current ride opposed to buying...

06 Montero Ltd Gen3 - is premium fuel necessary?

We should be so lucky. I would put premium in everything including the lawn mower!

06 Montero Ltd Gen3 - is premium fuel necessary?

I notice the difference from our 87 vs 91 octane. I switch back and forth when I can really afford premium when its under $3.99/gallon.

06 Montero Ltd Gen3 - is premium fuel necessary?

I can't imagine premium in the bush or jerry cans. Monteros (Pajeros) have been all over the world... I doubt premium was needed. ;)

    Toasty's Garage

Oh yeah I hear you. You would be surprised how many are coming out of school with certs. The ECC welding school offers the tests for all processes. Most graduate with GMAW, SMAW, GTAW & FCAW 3&4 G certs. The welding school I went to was only 9 months long and didn't offer these tests. The ECC...
