Looking for feedback on SFA conversion on 2003+ Express/ Savana vans by Boulder Off Road. Wanting to pull the trigger on the conversion, but haven't seen any posting here or else where on the internet. Any current owners or previous owners want to share their experience?
Where did you mount the BPD oil to air heat exchanger? It looks like infront of the condensor at the front bumper opening? Also did you have to take out the engine mounts to get clearance to work on dummy plugs and stc fittings?
From what I understand over 240 is like red zone for Ford 6.0. The Fan kicks in at full speed around 225. My temps right now is less than 215F with stock setup at Hwy speeds. I guess I can play with thermostat setting to kickin @210F
