    Jeep Liberty pickup

Saw this on a Rav4 forum and it reminded me of your build.

2000 Suburban K1500 budget low lift with 37"s

I am surprised there is no mention of the different front end in the add. Do they just assume most people won't notice?

    Jeep Liberty pickup

Looks good. It is really starting to match your multicolor Suburban.

"E-bike" mopeds more dangerous than motorcycles?

They are bicycles not motorcycles. Of course they can't accelerate as fast as a motorcycle, but neither does a bicycle without electric assist. E-bikes are to be ridden like a bicycle not a motorcycle.

Quest for the Perfect Family Tent

I am pretty sure I am going to order one of these pretty soon. Supposedly, it is a step up from the Colman tents. https://www.rei.com/product/112541/caddis-rapid-6-tent#product-reviews

    Cheap sleep systems

I am curious what people have had success with for sleeping pads/mattresses that are inexpensive options. All the one's I see reviews on seem very pricey. I know you often pay for what you get, but I am wondering what value products are out there that people have liked. For me, it would be...

Other fast deploy ground tents besides Oztent and Gazelle?

I recently came across this tent which the review said was a higher quality alternative to the Colman Instant Cabin. https://www.rei.com/product/112541/caddis-rapid-6-tent?cm_mmc=aff_AL-_-38931-_-52463-_-NA&avad=52463_f1ebf706d I don't know if anyone but REI carries it.

Suburban vs Excursion for Family of 8

https://expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/01-e350-chateau-v10-63k-expovans-4x4-n-florida.220630/#post-2862314 Maybe this fits the bill and is in your price range.

Suburban vs Excursion for Family of 8

This might not be the solution to your problem, but I thought I would at least throw it out there. This is just a random truck I saw in the parking lot of Home Depot, so I have no idea how one goes about acquiring a six door truck.

Build - Frontier with ARE DCU topper

Your mpg seems low. I had a 2007 Frontier and got 15 in the city. On road trips, it would get close to 20. Maybe the high topper really makes a big difference.

    Ford Expedition overland build?

I had a 2005 Expedition with the air ride suspension. It had a great ride as well. It was the motor that wound up being an issue. For the amount of off road driving that most people do, the Expedition should be fine and not limited by the IRS. Maybe the IRS isn't the reason as there are...

    Ford Expedition overland build?

Similarly, you don't see many Armadas or 2nd gen Sequoias either. My guess is that people shy away from the independent rear suspension that is on all of them.

    Ford Expedition overland build?

This plus the old ones only came with the crap 5.4 motor. It was only in the last couple years that they put the 3.5 in it.

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

I did see it. I wasn't surprised that the 2015 Tundra was worse than the 2017 Ford, but it is very interesting that the 2002 was worse than the 97 Ford.

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

Of course the TRX is in last place. I guess 700 hp will do that.

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

How did your Tundras compare to trucks of the same year? My understanding is that while the domestic trucks have all updated and improved their mileage, the Toyota has done very little since 2008.

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

Which truck got the worst mileage?

    (partially) new Tundra coming?

On plug in hybrids, does it track the electric only mileage separate from ICE mileage? I would imagine you would need that for knowing your service intervals.

How miserable is it to drive a RHD "manual" 81?

I lived in Uganda for two years which is a RHD country and then moved to South Sudan which is LHD for three years. I got used to driving RHD in Uganda but then in South Sudan the vehicles were a mix of RHD and LHD even though they drive on the right side of the road. Complicating it further is...
