Yes they will fit/swap. As Ray said check out ASA. You may have a problem with the lower shock bracket, but I don't think so. When you look up you control arms in ASA you will see they are replaced with a new part number. That number is what my truck has.

The snorkel is connected to the air filter box that houses the mass flow sensor. Check out the folks that fabs the snorkels, they have a how to write up.

An oil leak from the the top of the engine, (cam seals, valve cover), is the number one Montero alternator killer. You may have to replace the alternator several times before you get a good one from Autozone.

Every Montero/Raider I've own, that's 5 , has/had a slight whine from the rear end. Some did it when letting off the gas and some did it when accelerating. I would not be to concern with it. Just drive it and have fun. Also I've never heard of a rear end going bad on one of these trucks, maybe...

How many miles are you going to do off road during the life of the tire vs hi-way miles. I don't care what anyone says larger tires is asking your truck to work harder than stock tires. I run 32's up from 31's that were up from stock 29.5's and I can tell the difference. So I'm swapping gears...
