Mine are pretty unscientific also. I checked to see if stiffness was what I expected for FG and carbon hand laid skins (they were, with carbon being ~2.5x stiffer) and for strength I decided that impact... or "whack it with a hammer" tests... were the most relevant, and FG was better than carbon...
JM claims that 1/2" GoBoard weighs 0.50 lb/sq ft, so with glue and aluminum you should be well over 1 lb/sq ft with 2 layers.
Did you do any strength, stiffness, or impact testing of the panels?
Ya, that floor looks bad....
If I wanted to save it I think I'd slather it with thickened epoxy (fumed silica), and maybe some FG cloth too, and make sure it's sealed.
Thinks it looks cool... buys it from overseas... realizes it has <1/5 the power of modern US campers... wonders if a big V8 can be inserted... puts it up for sale.

What do you call this? Want a composite habitats turnkey with warranty, rig installation labor, includes subframe $68K, inquire?
You'll get people in touch with someone who will sell it?

The only time I drove my truck near there was right after I bought it (new) and headed south for NM. It bucked like a bronco on the concrete fwy. There was no speed that seemed to help much, and it was busy anyway... thankfully when I got out of town it was ok. The only...
Angle grinder with cutting wheel, or jig saw. Hole saw for corners. Pretty simple.
The bellows to join the two might be a bigger issue since I don't remember how your subframe pivots. For joining you want the front to be the fixed point.
Tesla did a lot of things right with aero and efficiency. I don't doubt that it's fine for long trips now that the charging infrastructure is good. But the issue with electric "do everything" vehicles is still the weight, size, and expense of the battery pack, particularly if you are towing or...
