I'm guessing that because the stock front beam axle is curved at the ends, just putting a solid axle that is straight, under those springs, provides a decent amount of lift to begin with.
I'm not sure those would flow enough and may provide a restriction at best. The manufacturers state that the heater exhaust has to be free flowing and a restriction will cause issues. I thought about using a high temperature ball valve.
That is advised against. I’ve still been considering it though. At the least you would want a shut off valve between the heater exhaust and the truck exhaust or you could be pushing engine exhaust through the heater when the the engine is running.
Relax. He was just trying to help you understand. You're right though, you can build it however you want but unless you stop the chassis flex, it will just tear the box apart unless the box is designed as a structural element
These large truck can't have really soft suspension that would allow a ton of flex because they are rated for quite a bit of weight. In general, they couldn't safely manage all that weight at highway speeds with soft suspension. You could always supplement soft springs with air bags for better...
Like I said I know nothing about you other than what you post here. Why anyone would think you’re a decent person based solely on what you post here is beyond me. It’s a really simple observation but it’s no surprise that your response is the same garbage we see in most of your posts.
Cool.. wiki. Conjecture from 65 years ago. Even if she did kill herself, it seems like she dealt with some horrible pain and discomfort for a long damn time. I would hardly blame her or call her a junkie. Again, your lack of empathy shows strong.
Incorrect. It's based entirely on the words he has chosen to type here, not his career. I would give him the same criticism if he was a janitor and was on here running his mouth about random people. I'm just calling him out on his bs and it's certainly not trivial. I don't need to have firsthand...
What have I done to cause a LEO to be jaded? Aside from speeding, I'm not a law breaker and I am courteous when I encounter an officer. I continue to be so unless the officer in question isn't. If MTVR is at all like he acts on here when dealing with the public, he is unprofessional at best...
I have the factory Isuzu manual shifter and cables. They weren't easy to find since there were so few in the states but I may have found the last set. I will extend those as needed or replace them entirely. They're just morse cables more or less. The shifter mechanism in the cab was the...
And your fellow LEOs wonder why people don't like them. Well it's because of people like you. You should probably quit the force. You're obviously jaded and unfit to serve the public. You clearly have no empathy for the people you "serve". Kahlo didn't kill herself. She died of complications...
