Made the home runs from the solar to the solar controller. Used marine sealant for the roof pass through, and really poured it to it. The final bit of L-Track is done on the rear, and added the rear plate mount. Then I got to making the spare tire mount up front. I used a 24x12x1/4" 6061 plate...

I wonder if marine sealant would work well for something like that. It's not only a sealant, but it bonds as well. I've use it with alot of success on many different things.

Crazy to hear. My DCU MAX was literally perfect. The welds looked amazing, there was nothing out of place and no sharp corners or metal shavings to speak of.

I'd say 20 degrees is already impressive for how tall you are. It will all depend on bottom vs top weight however. Beyond professionally tip testing, I'm not sure how else you would find your limit.

Got some L-Track up front. In and fully mounted, as well as the powder coated NOS jerry can holder. The center two will be for the mount that will hold my spare tire. And the side two will be there to mount and switch around accessories as we need depending on the use case for that trip. I want...
