When on shore power, it seems the charge on the batteries would be enough to keep up with 12v heating pads and when not on shore power, it's a little more efficient. Why not buy 12v tank heaters and wire them directly into the battery bank?

LaBlaze, I did not use any glue, just clamps. I used an appropriately sized barbed M-M plastic connector available in the plumbing section of a local hardware store. So far so good.

I mean inside here. I found a black powder coated decorative L-bracket at HD made out of steel and cut it to fit. Bolts to hold it in place. You might just make out the stock metal bracket starting to fatigue in the upper right.

Here’s the extra length of clear pipe I inserted. Like the Dweller cousins, our Conqueror’s length of hose was simply too short from the factory and it had a tendency to slip off the fitting.

Honestly, if you hadn’t mentioned the flickering lights, I wouldn’t thought it a problem worth tracking down. It only happens very briefly when it does at all. I wouldn’t say the Victron has a problem really.
