You can buy them just about anywhere. It's a Bulldog top wind with the weld on swivel. I think the total max height was 29.5". I bought this one from Quality Trailer parts. Don't have the PN handy just this minute.

Made great strides tonight. Mounted the axle, wheel spacers, wheels/tires and shocks. Cut holes for 6" LED's in rear C channel, welded up the front hitch channel and Bulldog jack and did some touchup painting. Need to run wiring and the frame is finished. Next up is the bed. Here's a few pics...
