It's a second post from the seller on this truck - last posted for $32.5k. See this thread here for more info: http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/163252-2008-Toyota-Tacoma-quot-NEMO-quot-Up-for-Sale-again
That sounds amazing. I'll actually be in Moab for Cruise Moab 5/2 to 5/7 and maybe a couple of days before - perhaps we can figure out a place to meet up to do some wheeling if you'll still be in Utah? I'm taking time off work in March, April, May, July and August this year, so I probably can't...
TJM, VPR and CBI all have ones I've seen, however most are pretty difficult to get ahold of. Slee is going to release a rear bumper very soon which a lot of 200 owners are looking forward to. My ARB rear bumper can't take any swingouts for gas or spares, so I would consider the Slee rear when it...
Since I added the heavy duty rear seat protector, I decided to take the dog to work and to pick up my wife from the airport today. She made it very clear that she was only ok with me spending so much on the LC if I let the dog ride in the car because I've never really let him ride in any of my...
I noticed that last night when I pulled them out of the box. I kept thinking "they have to stack better than this right?!". The good news is I have a lot of real estate on the roof rack, so I'll figure out something on how to get them to mount nice.
That's great to hear Scott! I think my first line of attack will be the winch like you said unless there's nothing to attach it to. I got stuck once in a big huge marsh type of thing with no trees or anything around, and it took us about 6 hours to get it out. I think if I had traction mats it...
Thanks all! I'm looking forward to seeing what this platform is like. I finally get to drive it to work tomorrow for the first time, so I'm pretty excited about that. I added my first "mod" this afternoon - a second row seat cover for the dog! I only took our dog in the Jeep on one trip, and he...
LOL brilliant! I'm really just doing it to make her happy anyways ;) (to be fair she did say my JKUR looked much better once I added the AEV wheels and 37s!)
Well Scott...I'm back much sooner than expected :D Not in a Jeep unfortunately, but in a Land Cruiser. If guys like you and Klaus are interested, I'd still like to meet up with y'all to go wheeling! Planning to actually get out there and wheel more often in the 200...
I had a 100 series a few years back that I loved, but I thought it would be fun to try some harder and more technical wheeling. I bought a JKUR totally stock and built it to 37s (thread here: http://www.expeditionportal.com/forum/threads/144558-The-Big-O-JKUR-build-thread), but after a while I...
I had the Slee sliders and Slee belly plate, and they did not have to be welded. Check with Slee on the workaround - they did the install on mine FWIW.
